Courtney Hancock's Banana Smoothie
- ½ cup of mixed frozen berries
- 2 scoops of Endura Maintain
- 1 banana
- 2 tbls chia seeds
- 2 tbls low fat natural yogurt
- 1 cup of Almond or Coconut milk
- Blend all ingredients in a high powdered Blender and serve. If the smoothie is too thick thin out with more nut milk.
