Alastair Day's Berry Breakie Bowl


  • ½ frozen organic banana
  • ¼ cup organic frozen berries
  •   Handful of organic spinach leaves
  • ¼ cup coconut water
  •   Tablespoon raw honey
  •   Shake of chia seeds
  •   Handful of mixed nuts
  •   Handful of ice


  1. Mixed all ingredients together in a blender until thick and smooth.
  2. Spoon out into a bowl and top with coconut yoghurt and your favourite muesli.
