I always start my day with a mix of quinoa, oats, yoghurt and fruits. For lunch I like a lot of greens with meat or eggs on a wrap. Dinner is always accompanied with some vegetables and during the day I always snack on nuts, dried fruit and things like Cruskits with peanut butter or tahini. I like to use Endura Rehydration for extra fuel on hard training days and always enjoy a good black coffee and soda water.
