Pre training: Toast and a cup of tea.
During training: Endura Rehydration Performance Fuel (lemon/lime)
Post: Endura Optimizer (Banana)
Breakfast: Porridge with banana or eggs and bacon on toast (if I'm lucky). Coffee.
Late lunch: Usually a sandwich.
Snack: Banana and coffee or tea.
Dinner: Dinner always revolves around meat, vegetables and usually a carb (rice, potato, pasta, quinoa).
I really enjoy being in charge of the BBQ.
