Terms and Conditions: The promoter is Health World Limited. 741 Nudgee Rd Northgate QLD 4013 [ABN 73 010 636 165]. Information on how to enter & prizes form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms & conditions is invalid. Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand only. Employees & their immediate families of the promoter, the promoters associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter. The entrants may only enter the promotion once. The promoter will not pass on personal details to any third parties. The promotion commences at 12.am AEST on July 1st 2010 & closes at 5.00 pm AEST on July 31st 2010. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these terms & conditions. The winner will be chosen at 741 Nudgee Rd Northgate QLD 4013 at 11:00 am August 2nd 2010. The winner will be notified by the email address supplied upon entry within 1 week of the competition being drawn. The winner will be sent an Endura product and price list so they can determine their $500 prize pack. Total prize value for the competition is $500 RRP (AUD) including GST. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the prize is unable to be used as stated. The chosen prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. By redeeming the prize, the winner agrees that the promoter, its employees and agents, will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connections with the use of the prize, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner agrees to the use of their entry and details, without compensation, for future promotional purposes by Health World Limited. If for any reason, this promotion is not capable of running as planned, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. The promoter may in its sole discretion, disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the promoter’s database. The promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated or utilised in this competition or by any technical error that may occur in the course of administration of this competition. The promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or adulteration of entries.
