High Intensity

High impact sport involves intense frequent bursts of movement such as sprinting and/or jumping. High impact sports result in a fast sweat and a high heart rate. Common high impact sports include basketball, rugby, AFL, hockey, netball, tennis, soccer, cricket (batting and bowling), track and field athletics, motocross, BMX, mountain biking and volley ball; to name just a few. Athletes involved in high impact sports are best suited to the following Endura products.
